Preparation Directions:
- Wash off frozen Sea Cucumber with cool water.
- With either scissors or a knife extends the cut all the way on both ends. Rinse out.
- Place in container covered well with freshwater in the refrigerator.
- Change the water every 12 hours. For 2-4 days. Keep refrigerated. They will double or triple in size.
- Rinse off thoroughly. Meat can be removed from skin at the time or left together and prepared separately
- Place in a pot of water and simmer until desired tenderness. 2 to 3 hours.
- If desired trim off head section. Then it is ready to use either sliced in 1/2″ pieces
