Ingredients

shrimp (farm raised), coconut flake, potato starch, rice flour, egg white, soybean oil, yeast, salt, cayenne powder, dextrose, sugar, vegetable shortening (palm), sodium acid pyrophosphate, baking soda, ascorbic acid, sodium bicarbonate, water

Cooking Instructions

Oven Bake:
Preheat oven to 400°F. Place shrimp on a baking pan in a single layer. After preheating, place the baking pan on the center oven rack. Bake shrimp for 8-10 min. Then turn over the shrimp & cook for an additional 8-10 min. or until golden brown and crispy.

Air Fry:
Place shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer and heat for 8-10 mi at 400°F. Turn shrimp and heat for another 2-3min. Shrimp is ready to eat when golden brown and crispy.
