Lobster dumpling ingredients:
lobster, shrimp, rice starch, tapioca starch. highly refined soybean oil, potato starch, onion, carrot, corn starch, glutinous rice flour, water chestnut, bamboo shoot, sugar, cilantro, sesame oil, salt, garlic, yeast extract, sake wine (rice, water, yeast, rice koji), charcoal powder, white pepper, gold luster dust (tartrazin lake, titanium dioxide, black iron oxide, dextrose)

Prawn shaomai ingredients:
shrimp, wheat flour, tapioca starch, yambean, carrot, sugar, onion, corn starch, highly refined soybean oil, salt, sesame oil, garlic, soybean protein, shallot, yeast extract, white pepper, turmeric

Prawn hacao ingredients:
shrimp, wheat starch, potato starch, bamboo shoot, highly refined soybean oil, tapioca starch, modified tapioca starch, sugar, sesame oil, salt, yeast extract, white pepper

Soy ginger sauce ingredients:
water, sugar, vinegar, soy sauce (water, soybean, wheat, salt), salted lime (lime, water, salt), ginger, modified corn starch, licorice, salt, cinnamon powder, star anise

Cooking Instructions

Stovetop instructions:
Fill a large pot or wok with 1-2 inches of water. Bring the water to a gentle simmer over medium heat. Avoid boiling vigorously. While the water is heating, remove the Dim Sum and place on the steamer lined with parchment paper. Evenly space to allow the steam to circulate. Once the water is simmering, place the steamer basket on top of the pot or wok with a tight fit to trap the steam. Steam the Dim Sum for 5-7 minutes. Carefully remove the steamer from the pot using oven mitts or tongs. Be cautious of the hot steam.

Microwave instructions:
remove the dim sum from plastic wrapping and lift red trav and lid. pour water (7 oz.) into the bottom of the black microwavable steam trav up to the water fill line. place red trav back on top of the bottom black tray and cover with red lid. set the microwave to high and cook for 5-6 minutes. times can vary, overcooking can make the dim sum tough. once full heated, carefully remove from the microwave. allow it to cool for 1-2 minutes. be cautious ofthe hot steam.
