Thawing Instructions:
- Place calamari rings and tentacles in a colander under gently running cold water until the squid softens.
- Drain and pat dry with paper towels
- For best results, do not refreeze after thawing.
Heating Instructions:
- To fry, grill, or saute alone, cook quickly over medium-high heat for about 50-70 seconds on each side
- Take bake, place the calamari rings on a baking sheet, and cover with aluminum foil. Bake for about 10 minutes at 350°F
